My Story
Over the past 12 years I’ve worked with small and mid-sized software companies to create millions of dollars of new revenue and deliver seven and eight figure exits.
Sounds great, but a couple of the exits were necessary.
Boardroom tension, poor financial planning and a deteriorating culture do more damage more quickly than a slowdown in the sales process.
I’ve seen managements dig a hole by repeating the same old mistakes and I’ve helped those who would be helped climb out again.
I’ve developed a series of scalable processes that maximise the potential of existing resources allowing you to grow without unnecessary hires or handing the keys to outside investors.
